2015 Calendars are here!

2015 photo calendar - 'The Little Ones'.
Oh my, the cuteness!
Following on from last year's vintage cameras and toy animals calendar,
the quirky and fun calendar for 2015 features a rustic background,
and new little animals.
My daughter loves the hedgehog photo,
my son loves the dinosaur.
Both have asked for one for their room.
Of course, I am happy to oblige.

2015 photo calendar - 'Dream Big'
This calendar is full of inspiration.
A photo with typography for each month of the year.
Inspiring you to dream big, and to love.

Yes you can.

For the times we are afraid of everything that might go wrong if we try...

Winter so far

{Instagram photos, @thedaydreaminggirl}

Winter so far
has been mild and lovely,
with blue skies,
day trips out to the beach or the fields.
It's been so sunny the blossoms have started,
very early yes, but I am not complaining.

I am keeping my fingers crossed
that the next 2 months of Winter
are just as mild and lovely.

New typography, teal and turquoise photo block sets

New photo blocks are available over on Etsy!
I finally got round to making up samples
of the teal, turquoise and bright blue beach typography photos from this past summer.
As you can imagine,
being a lover of blue skies, the beach, adventures and the sun,
these are my new favourites.

Happy Friday to you all!

It's been a while!

Hello blog!
It has been quite a while, hasn't it.
I have been in a bit of a blog rut.
I am hoping it has passed, and the words will start to flow again.
So, here we are!

I was so thrilled to have a photo in the May issue of Australian Home Ideas magazine,
and even more thrilled that my lovely friend Lou sent me a copy from Melbourne.
{Melbourne - happy sigh}
The Teal Ocean, available over on Down That Little Lane,
and on Etsy for international customers.

Chase the Sun

{Chase the Sun, print available here}

This summer has been all about chasing the sun.
We haven't seen it that often;
after our fabulously hot and sunny spring
that had us swimming at the outdoor pool in November,
we all thought we were in for another long hot summer.
However, it feels like we are waiting for it to arrive.
When we do have the hot sunny days,
we chase the sun,
to the coast,
to the beach,
to the pool.

When it streams in through the windows at various times of the day
I find the kids turning their faces to it,
or sitting in the sunniest chair to soak up the warmth.

Sunshine,
please show us your gorgeous rays.
We love you so.
